In 2005, four out of five persons diagnosed with HIV infection at the Anonymous Test Site were MSMs. 4.3% of all MSM clients at the test site tested positive for HIV. 71 more MSMs were notified with HIV infection.

In the MSM community, the incidence of early infectious Syphilis increased by 84% and Gonorrhoea by 64%.

Sexually transmitted infections (STIs) among the MSMs are escalating and we are only seeing the tip of the iceberg.

Ms Julie Matthews, a professional counselor -  who has been involved with HIV/AIDS patients for more than 2 years in Singapore will be helping to conduct this workshop too.
